New Membership

Important Notice

Membership in the Council is not mandatory to take up exports of Cashew Kernels/Cashewnut Shell Liquid. Membership, however is granted to those who are “engaged” in export of Cashew kernels/Cashewnut Shell Liquid and have obtained Approval of Name from the Council.

STEP 1: Name Approval

Please send the following particulars for considering your name as a prospective/eligible member of the Council:

1. Name & Nature of the firm

2. Name(s) of Proprietor / Partners

3. Association with any other organisation

4. I.E. Code Number

STEP 2: Submit Application for Registration

Application for membership, after Name Approval (as per specimen attached) may be submitted to the Council along with the following:

1. Proof of having engaged in export of Cashew kernels / Cashewnut shell liquid during the previous financial year / current year viz. copies of Bill of lading / Invoice duly certified by a Chartered Accountant. 

2. Entrance Fee – ( Rs.1,000/-), Membership Subscription – (Rs.20,000/-) and Minimum Trade Contribution (Rs.7500/-) by way of a Demand Draft in our favour, payable at Ernakulam / Cochin.

3. The renewal of membership subscription for the subsequent years will be Rs.5000/- at the current rates, but subject to revision every year.
